Returns & Refunds Policy (B2B/Wholesale)

At Traffic Safety Mall, we stand behind the quality of our industrial safety products. Due to the nature of international wholesale and shipping, our return policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Final Sale for Wholesale Orders All wholesale and bulk orders are considered final sale. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered" once the shipment has departed our facility in China. We encourage customers to review product specifications (dimensions, load capacity, material) carefully before placing an order.

2. Defective or Damaged Merchandise We take great care in quality control and packaging. However, if you receive items that are damaged during transit or have manufacturing defects:

• You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

• Please provide photographic or video evidence to support@trafficsafetymall.com.

• Upon verification, we will provide a partial refund, full refund, or a credit toward your next order, at our discretion.

3. Restocking Fee for Approved Returns In the rare event that a return is authorized by our management for non-defective items:

• A 25% Restocking Fee will be applied to the total order value.

• The customer is responsible for all return international shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

4. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has started or the items have been dispatched to the loading port, cancellations will not be accepted.
